Solar supply and installation procurement opportunity
Invitation to tender to become a pre-approved supplier for the supply and installation of community-owned rooftop solar for a two-year period
Scope
Bristol Energy Cooperative (BEC) are seeking a small number of pre-approved suppliers for the supply, installation and initial maintenance of rooftop solar PV projects, over a two year period.
Suppliers that meet our expectations regarding price, quality and sustainability will be added to our pre-approved supplier list. For a two-year period, we expect to award contracts for rooftop PV installations to suppliers on this list.

- Tender pack available 22nd December 2025
- Submission deadline 16th January 2026
- Award announcement 23rd January 2026
- Installation period March 2026 – March 2028
How to apply
To request a tender pack please email projects@adamh270.sg-host.com confirming you are an MCS approved installer. As some of the information shared relates to sites early in our project pipeline, we will require you to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Any requests for the tender pack over the Christmas period (24th December – 4th January) will be received on the 5th January.
